    At Apexlord, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you love every purchase. While we don’t offer returns, we understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary. Please take a moment to review our policy to understand how we can best assist you.

    Exchange Policy

    We believe in the quality of our products and are happy to provide exchanges in certain situations. If you experience an issue with size or a defect in the product, we’ll work with you to resolve it through our exchange process. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

    • Condition: The product should be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • Time Frame: Requests for exchanges should be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
    • Availability: Exchanges depend on the availability of the desired item. If the requested size or product is unavailable, we’ll be happy to suggest a similar item of equal value.

    No Refund Policy

    We kindly ask that you keep in mind that all sales are final. Apexlord does not offer refunds for any purchases, as we maintain a no-refund policy. However, we do provide exchange options as outlined above to ensure you find the perfect fit or resolve any product concerns.

    How to Request an Exchange

    If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

    1. Reach out to our customer support team at apexlordindia@gmail.com or call +91 80775-66218 within 5 days of receiving your order.
    2. Share your order number, the details of the product, and the reason for the exchange.
    3. Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

    Shipping for Exchanges

    Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of items. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange within 5 business days.

    Non-Exchangeable Items

    Certain products, including but not limited to final sale, clearance items, custom or personalized items, and accessories such as socks or hats (due to hygiene reasons), are not eligible for exchange.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days, and we will gladly arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost to you.
